Decent mid layer could use some movements

"I've been using this jacket for two full seasons now - both for touring and resort skiing Squamish/Whistler - comparing it to Arc'teryx Atom or similar jackets and I've skied about 40 days each season. I found it to fit on the slightly larger side, I bought an extra small which fits well even though I usually wear a small, as I'm about 5'5" and 120 pounds. It fits well under any shell, the back breaths well, I love the high neckline and no hood, it’s very cosy. I really like the jacket overall, but there are a few downsides. As mentioned in another review, the off-white color is somewhat transparent, which can look a bit odd. Additionally, it pilled up quickly, making it appear somewhat worn and cheap right from the start—this is disappointing for a technical jacket, as I haven't encountered this issue with other brands. I've also noticed that the material along the sleeves, sides, and underarms not only pilled up but requires washing more often than other technical jackets because it gets smelly due to its fabric. Overall I like the jacket, but unless some improvements are made to the fabric and material, I would hesitate to purchase it again."

"Unfortunately I don’t love this product as much as I hoped. The fabric on sides is already piling and my family / friends all commented that the colour looks like it’s direct and not creamy due to the down fill. Would kindly like request that I exchange for the black version (in pants as well)."

Best Piece of Winter Activewear Gear That I have!

"I really love this jacket and feel that it is one of the absolute best pieces of gear that I have. I have various Arc'teryx (Atom and Atom SL), Mountain Hardwear (Ventano), Black Diamond (First Light) and North Face (Ventrix) mid layer jackets, but this is by far the best. It is the most important piece of my layering system when doing high outputRead more about review stating Best Piece of Winter Activewear Gear That I Have! winter sports such as XC skiing, ski touring, and fat biking, but is also amazing for lower output activities like downhill skiing. This jacket keeps me warm when I'm not moving, but does such an amazing job of dumping heat when I am working hard thanks to the vented baffle Gilltek design of the back and the stretch panels on the sides and under the arms. I've worn it with just a light wool base layer underneath and an uninsulated shell on top while ski touring in -30C, and I've worn it warmer base layers and my uninsulated shell for downhill skiing in about -20C and been perfectly comfortable in all conditions. The fit is super flattering and the jacket looks great as well. I would highly recommend this jacket to anyone. Fits true to size."

    Stylish & Cosy

"So much to love about this jacket: off-white colour tone, air flow design at back, thin enough as underlayer in Winter or solo layer in Fall, light stretch material on forearms, high neck zip, stylish cut, even a built-in elastic for roll-up pillow!"
