We offer a free return policy within 30 days after your purchase on all unworn regular-priced item(s).
Orage is committed to selling new high-quality products. Items must therefore be returned in their original condition with the tags attached to them. No exceptions. If you are unsure whether the product you are returning is no longer considered new, please contact us at email@example.com before proceeding with the return.
If you can’t find your return label in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Items purchased from the outlet section on our website can be returned. We'll deduct a $10 return fee from your refund to cover shipping.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
All accessories are not eligible for a return and do not qualify for a refund: hats, neck tubes, etc.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.
We do not offer exchanges. It's quicker to consider each transaction separately. If you prefer another size or colour, order that style and send back the unwanted product.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
We've extended our return policy through the holiday season. This policy applies to purchases from November 15, 2021 through December 31, 2021. To get a full refund, initiate a return for the item(s) before January 15, 2022. All items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.
International returns outside the US and Canada will be at your own expense. Please reach out to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm you are eligible for a return.
LE CHALET ORAGE
Item(s) purchased in store at Le Chalet Orage are eligible for a refund if returned in store within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, with labels.
Any item purchased at an independent Orage retailer is subject to the store’s return policy. Please check with your local store for more information.
