ONLINE PURCHASES ON ORAGE.COM / 30 days return policy

You may return any unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all accessories / inserts included and the original tags attached. All products are subject to inspection.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including: Spare parts, Outlet products, Items marked as “Final Sale” (as noted on Orage’s product detail page or the point of sale, Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Card, Other exclusions may apply.

    Only items that have been purchased directly from Orage, either online at Orage.com or at a Orage-owned Flagship can be returned to Orage. Orage products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

    Items purchased must be returned in the country purchased. (E.g. Items purchased in U.S. cannot be returned in Canada. Items purchased in Canada cannot be returned in U.S.)

    You can expect a full refund for the cost of the merchandise to the original form of payment 7 to 14 days of Orage receiving your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.

     

    On-line Purchases

    On-line purchases from Orage.com may be returned at a Orage-owned Flagship store,or returned to Orage via the return portal with the order number and purchasing email.

    A $8 US shipping charge will be deducted from the refund when using the UPS shipping label Orage offers in the return portal. We often hear this is less expensive than the typical cost to mail an item back yourself.

    In-Store Purchases

    Merchandise purchased at Orage-owned retail stores or Orage Outlet stores can only be returned in a Orage-owned Flagship within 30 days of purchase.

    To receive a full refund to the original form of payment, you will need to provide the receipt or the Orage.com order number.



    RETURN PROCEDURE

    1. Click here to get a prepaid return label for the selected item(s) (if applicable)
    1. Re-pack your package using the original or a similar package.
    2. Print and put the return label on the package. If you are using the original package, make sure to cover the original shipping label.
    3. If you can’t find your return label in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
    4. Ship your return package. Find the closest UPS drop off or request a pick up. Note that pick up fees are on you.
    5. Get your refund. Once your package is received, please allow us 10-20 business days to proceed with the refund. You’ll get a confirmation by email once it is done.

     

    OUTLET Orage.com

    Items purchased from the outlet section are final sales, unless the item received is defective or does not match its description on the website.

     

    SAMPLES

    All our SAMPLES are final sale. Please note that the item received may differ slightly from the image on the product sheet. 

    GIFT CARDS

    Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.

     

    EXCHANGES

    We do not offer exchanges. It's quicker to consider each transaction separately. If you prefer another size or colour, order that style and send back the unwanted product.

     

    HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

    We've extended our return policy through the holiday season. Items purchased between November 15, 2024, and December 24, 2024, are eligible for return through January 15, 2025. To get a full refund, initiate a return for the item(s) before January 15, 2025. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

     

    INTERNATIONAL

    International returns outside the US and Canada will be at your own expense. Please reach out to our customer support team at support@orage.com to confirm you are eligible for a return.

     

    PRICE ADJUSTMENT

    If your item goes on sale post purchase, we are unable to price adjust or price match the difference between the original purchase price and sale price of your item. If your product is unused, you may return product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
