Sebastien Berthiaume
Born and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon
Seb learnt how to ski at the local hill called Mt. Sima. He then joined the race program when he was 8 years old, and made the change to freestyle at 12. This led him to eventually move to Vernon, BC to join the Silver Star Freestyle Ski Club. Seb fell in love with the BC culture and mountains and decided to stay and continue to be a part of the ski industry. After he was done competing, Seb got into coaching where he eventually coached the BC Park & Pipe Team for 3 years. During his time in BC, he got the opportunity to explore many resorts and get into backcountry skiing.
Seb now works as Media Manager for Freestyle Canada and travels the world with the Canadian Teams capturing their adventures. During his off time, Seb loves to mountain bike in his new home of Squamish, take photos, explore the backcountry and be in the mountains as much as possible.
