Why Orage?
I knew the brand at the time of Xavier Bertoni and it was pretty cool! I was looking for a new outerwear sponsor 2 years ago and even if the brand was not very present in Europe I tried to see if there was something we could do. It ended up being good timing as my arrival was at the same time as the return of the brand in France.

What is your involvement in the Freeride Worldtour?
I did a few competitions on the Freeride World Qualifier. It’s not what I prefer in skiing, but I think it is important and I am learning a lot. Discovering a new mountain face and skiing it for the first time is a great challenge!

What are your passions other than skiing?
I’m a road bike fan, I do a lot of it in the summer. Cycling helps to rest my body after all the shocks it takes during the winter, and it prepares me well for the coming season. On the personal side, I’m going to get my Masters this summer. It’s a big chapter that ends but I’m super happy!

The most beautiful place you have skied?
I would say Siberia. This year I had the chance to ski there for a Skipass project and it was just a huge change of scenery. The landscapes are crazy and we were really far from civilization.

Your biggest challenge?
Have time to do everything thoroughly and at the same time. Skiing in winter, biking in summer and studying. I’m never bothered, but sometimes the days would have to be 30 hours!

Your favorite styles from the collection?

I'm a huge fan of the Tundra layering pants, I wear them almost all the time. Even when I’m not skiing. They are so comfortable and very warm!

I also love the bib, it is really practical with all its pockets. It is super rugged and really waterproof!

Going foward on the snow, Pierre wants to spend as much time as possible skiing. “I have several video projects in mind, but everything is postponed because of my injury. I would love to continue traveling the world to ski,” he says. “On a personal level, I made a big leap with my studies. I went from marketing and communication to a Masters in real estate without really having any knowledge of that field. I love it and I would like to continue in that direction.”
